About the author 

MOB Kitchen is an online cooking and content platform whose mission is to help you prepare restaurant-quality meals on a budget and learn more about food and drink culture.

MOB started out as an idea. At uni, founder, Ben, noticed that none of his friends were cooking. Armed with nothing but a kitchen, a camera, and some recipe ideas, he started creating overhead videos that people could actually cook – straying away from the food porn that was all over social media at the time. Ever since, the company has earned a loyal and ever-growing following – the MOB.

Multiple Gift of the Year Awards:
The Gift of the Year awards are the most highly respected industry accolades, aimed at recognising the best products, talent and inspiration in our industry each year. We were touched and humbled that Spice Kitchen was awarded Gift of the Year in 2022 for our Indian Spice Tin with Silk Sari Wrap, the second time this product has won the award.

Multiple Great Taste Awards:

 

We won a whopping 13 Great Taste Awards in 2023 for our range of Signature Spice Blends. Previously, we have won awards for our Garam Masala, and Chai Hot Chocolate in 2015, 2017 and 2021 respectively. Great Tastes Awards are the acknowledged benchmark for fine food and drink. It has been described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world. Quite simply, the Great Taste logo is the sign you can trust when buying food and drink.

 

Winners of BBC Good Food Show Producers Bursary Award:
Awarded to outstanding producers of excellent British Speciality foods. Spice Kitchen also Featured on the BB1 Hairy Bikers show where they used Spice Kitchen spices to cook their favourite food.
