This is the first in our new series of recipes zines, which we created because cooking with spices should be fun and accessible – something that shines through the beautiful limited edition print by graphic designer Charlie Gale. Recipes include team and family favourites which have been compiled, tested and edited by our Head of Brand Nicola, whose culinary CV includes testing the Dishoom recipe book, contributing to the Ginger Pig Farmhouse Cookbook and developing BBQ food for M&S, plus recipe writing for a host of other small businesses.
